Caroline Armstrong

Caroline founded Infinitas Accountants in February 2020. With over 20 years’ experience in Accountancy Practice working as a Partner and Director Caroline has worked with SME’s supporting on tax planning through, growth and exit strategy alongside compliance as a registered auditor.

Caroline enjoys working with strategy and embracing technologies to support business growth and sustainability.

Specialist sectors include: charity and education, online platforms and digital content creators.

Outside of client portfolio work Caroline provides finance director, training and mentoring roles to Boards and CEOs.

Caroline also regularly contributes in panel discussions within her industry and representing her industry alongside collaborations with press releases.

Caroline is an auditor RI and FCA BA(hons) qualified.

Victoria Gillingwater

Victoria has trained and worked in the Accounting sector for approaching 10 years working closely with many different sectors, she continues to build fantastic relationships with our clients.

Having worked with Caroline in their previous roles Victoria was keen to be part of the Infinitas team driving accountancy practice service and team work into the modern digital age.

Victoria is integral part of the senior leadership of the practice alongside directing client services.

Specialisms: tax planning and strategic tax saving for SMEs, internal and external audit, digital creators

Marie Burton

Marie is a qualified accountant and worked in practice for many years. Having spent time in practice and industry Marie brings her experience as a manager of our client services team and provides support to our audit team.

Specialist areas: VAT, Payroll and management accounts.

Paul Armstrong

Paul is a non-executive director of Infinitas supporting the leadership team and providing business strategy and mentoring functions.

With over 20 years experience in SME banking and finance at a global company institution, Paul brings invaluable commercial and industry insights.
